Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement explains how well the online service complies with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, what shortcomings there are in the accessibility of the website and how you can give us feedback on accessibility problems.
The National Emergency Supply Agency is responsible for this online service. We want as many users as possible to be able to access our digital services. We take accessibility into account in the development of digital services.
How accessible is the website?
This online service largely meets the A and AA level accessibility criteria required by law (WCAG criteria 2.1). The online service has some shortcomings in accessibility, which are described in more detail below.

Content or features that are not yet accessible:
- Focus order is not logical. (WCAG 2.4.3)
- The technical implementation of the online service is not valid. (WCAG 4.1.1)
- Screen reader and other assistive technologies do not announce changes in the content, for example search results. (WCAG 4.1.3)
- There are significant accessibility issues with the PDF files: they have not been tagged appropriately or at all, there are insufficient colour contrast, colour has been used to communicate information, and figures are missing alternative texts. (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.1, 1.4.1, 1.4.3, 1.4.11, 4.1.2)
An effort will be made to correct the shortcomings listed in this statement by 31.12.2023.
